During the Post implementation phase, our consultants continue to provide clinician, physician and staff education and training on an ongoing basis. We perform post-implementation financial impact analysis, update the risk and monitoring plan, and support accounts receivable, billing, and collection backlog
activity as needed. In addition, we perform ongoing clinical documentation reviews to identify additional training needs.
