Admin Implementation Support
While IT labor is significantly reduced in our SaaS based delivery, a level of ownership and System Administration is still required for users to fully leverage their systems. Large-scale healthcare technology investments require significant project management planning before a single module is built or a single user is trained.
From organizational change management to resource management and program communications, the key elements to support success must be defined early on.
RKS’s team of healthcare consultants can assist in the implementation planning process, helping define a change management strategy and plan, organizational design, marketing, communications, education
and training strategies.
We’ll work with you to define the project, the milestone level project plan, the program dependencies and critical path, the entrance and exit criteria, and the governance structure and process. We’ll also help you chart the course toward benefits realization — defining business objectives, success criteria, measurements and creating a balanced scorecard.
The implementation process presents the opportunity for your partnership with RKB to be established on a rock-solid foundation. RKB’s implementation team regularly reports on progress, responds to questions and information requests, and follows up on issues to ensure every detail is covered. Our process include a detailed project plan checklist, an extensive issues log. Throughout the entire implementation process as well as after your transition, RKB will continually monitor performance and make adjustments as needed to make sure you get the expected clinical and operational results.
RKB’s implementation workflow produces predictable and consistent results delivered by an experienced,
multi-disciplinary team. Formalized implementation processes, project plans and monitoring tools ensure that critical path tasks are closed by target-completion dates. Obstacles that could hinder success are quickly identified and resolved. Accountability is built in to all implementation tasks. Our Post go-live monitoring focuses on the achievement of cash ramp-up expectations.
During the Post implementation phase, our consultants continue to provide clinician, physician and staff education and training on an ongoing basis. We perform post-implementation financial impact analysis, update the risk and monitoring plan, and support accounts receivable, billing, and collection backlog
activity as needed. In addition, we perform ongoing clinical documentation reviews to identify additional training needs.
While the transition presents some challenges and must be carefully planned and implemented it also
provides opportunities to improve your healthcare delivery and financial performance. Our Consulting Services are designed to assist your organization in implementing enterprise-wide solutions and to provide knowledge transfer so that your staff can successfully sustain results in your new clinical and operational environment.
